01. Store Operator and Agreement

Wellowen™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Yihong Cultural Development Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies applicable to the transaction.

02. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter a purchase contract and provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

03. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, options, and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur because of lighting, screens, manufacturing tolerances, material batches, or product updates.

04. Fishing and Outdoor Product Use

Hooks, lures, blades, lines under tension, weights, rods, reels, and other equipment must be handled responsibly. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility, suitability, local fishing regulations, safe casting space, supervision, maintenance, and appropriate protective equipment.

05. Order Submission and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not necessarily confirm final acceptance. Payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment checks may still be required.

06. Refusal or Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing errors, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order. Amounts collected for an order canceled by us will be refunded.

07. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Checkout displays applicable prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final total. By submitting payment details, you confirm authorization to use the selected payment method.

08. Processing and Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated standard U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

09. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Problems

Contact us promptly regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products. Confirmed errors attributable to us will receive an appropriate solution.

11. Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, purchase minimums, product exclusions, and usage limits.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the store or a purchase. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Governing Principles

These Terms are interpreted subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. Disputes should first be raised with customer support so the parties may seek a practical resolution.
